Responsibilities:
Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below. • The Senior FF&E Designer will be responsible for interior design and Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) space planning, architecture, articulating design intent through drawings, documents, sketches, and details development. • As part of a collaborative design team, you will collaborate with the Interior Design team in creating concepts, putting together sample boards and presentations for clients. • As part of the FF&E team, you will be sourcing suitable materials and fabrics for interior finishes, artwork, carpet, furniture and lightings.
Requirements: • Diploma or a Degree in Interior Design or Architecture • At least 5 years of FF&E experience in high-end or 5-star luxury hospitality projects (Hotels, Resorts, F&B) • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS PowerPoint and related design software for design presentations and ID space planning • Strong eye for detail and aesthetics • Effective communication and presentation skills
