- Primary Care physicians $225,000 base
- Center Medical Directors - $260,000 base
- Regional Medical Directors - $275,000 base
Work/Life Balance
- Monday Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm (Admin time included in your schedule)
- Small patient panel size (max 450 per staff physician, CMDs carry a panel of 225)
- Very light triaged call schedule telephone only
- No hospital rounding or call
