We are seeking a candidate with a strong background of basic, translational, or clinical research in thyroid cancer or metabolism.
Priority will be given to those candidates with a track record of extramural funding. Assistant Professor Level | Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism The Department of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism (DEM) at City of Hope provides care and conducts research on a variety of diabetes and endocrine disorders, including but not limited to: diabetes, obesity, thyroid cancer, endocrine tumors, metabolic bone diseases, reproductive disorders, and management of endocrine complications that can result from cancer treatment. The Department of DEM manages approximately 4,500 individual patients annually including 7,500 outpatient visits and 6,500 inpatient visits. The Department has eleven faculty and hosts an ACGME-accredited endocrine subspecialty training program. The Bechman Research Institute and Arthur Riggs Diabetes & Metabolism Research Institute at City of Hope have infrastructure to advance basic and translational research in cancer and diabetes. PAY & BENEFITS Total Compensation: $300K - $450K
(base pay commensurate with qualified academic rank).
