Travel - Medical Lab Scientist/Medical Lab Tech (MT/MLT) Contract

Job Description: Perform high-quality lab tests and diagnostic procedures to assist in patient care.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure lab safety protocols are followed while maintaining accurate records of lab results.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to interpret and report findings.
Provide support to other laboratory staff and assist with patient care when necessary.
Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement efforts.
Education and Certification Requirements: Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
certification from a recognized body (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent).
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (for MLS)
or
Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (for MLT) .
Current licensure to practice as an MT/MLT in the state of Minnesota.
At least one year of experience in a clinical lab setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of lab equipment, patient care standards, and laboratory safety.
