MLT/MT Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of laboratory tests, analyze results, and provide critical information that supports patient care. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality and accurate laboratory services.
MLT / MT Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy. Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report them to healthcare professionals. Maintain compliance with all quality control and quality assurance procedures. Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as necessary. Work with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care. MLT / MT Qualifications:
Medical Technologist (MLT/MT) degree from an accredited institution. ASCP certification required. Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals. Previous hospital or clinical experience preferred. Strong ability to perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures.
