Base pay range $24.04/hr - $39.83/hr Job Summary The CRM Specialist administers, maintains and enhances the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. This position is responsible for maintaining and implementing the CRM systems support, workflow and software enhancements/upgrades, monitoring end-user usage of systems and performing daily administrative tasks. Essential Duties Front-line CRM software support and training. Monthly documentation and tracking of Bank and branch goal-setting/P4P and performance data. Creation of CRM software and usage-specific training materials. Preparation and validation of additional CRM work projects and reports. Synapsys (CRM) end-user software support (frequently asked questions, troubleshooting, password changes, and user set-up and security verification). Document creation (spreadsheets, training materials). Query writing and reporting to facilitate marketing/branch requests as needed. Conduct CRM (individual and group) training as needed. Work with various groups to determine and implement CRM workflow. Compilation of periodic management reports for publication to Synapsys. Ensure Marketing campaigns are documented in and tracked by the CRM system, as appropriate. Create blueprints for customized software enhancements and work with vendor to ensure accurate implementation. Administer New Account and Teller Bonus Programs, including but not limited to interpretation and enforcement of program rules and policies; determining compensation qualifiers and compensation totals. Quarterly reporting and validation of incentive compensation programs. Back up for CRM Trainings on general use of the application features, benefits and responsibilities utilizing the CRM application. Creation of various reports and charts on an ad-hoc basis. Trains and directs the CRM Assistant toward accomplishing these duties. Provides quality internal customer service consistent with the standards of the Marketing department and F&M Bank values, policies and procedures. Performs all duties in compliance with laws, regulations, Farmers & Merchants Bank policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of Farmers & Merchants Bank information. Performs other duties as required. Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned. Non-Essential Duties N/A Required Knowledge The CRM Specialist should have a general working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, including privacy and information security, applicable in the marketing of the Bank’s products and services. Bank Secrecy Act Basic Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Highly proficient using technology including CRM application, MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), Cognos, internet applications, etc. Effective communication skills (listens, speaks, and writes well); able to interact effectively and respectfully with people of various responsibility and authority (employees, key contacts, executives, etc.), including supervisors and co-workers. Dedicated to following and maintaining deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projects accordingly. Ability to assess problems quickly and map out viable and effective solutions. Critical-thinking, judgment and problem-solving skills. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Officer Title Eligibility For qualified positions, the Bank may designate Officer Titles to employees who meet defined competencies for an eligible position. This position is not eligible for an Officer Title. Equipment Operated Desktop Computers. Standard Office Equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners). Physical Requirements & Work Environment Requires repetitive movement. Requires sitting for prolonged periods of time. Requires lifting up to 25lbs. Requires using hands to handle, control or feel objects. Office setting with controlled temperature. Education And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2-5 plus years of computer database management experience in excel and/or access. Additional Requirements Ability to travel to various bank locations as needed. Some evening and/or weekend hours are required.
