Join a progressive hospital lab team committed to excellence in microbiological diagnostics. A full-time opportunity is now available for a Medical Technologist specializing in Microbiology to work the day shift at a leading regional healthcare system in Burlington, ND.

On-site in Burlington, ND Schedule:
Full-Time | Day Shift Compensation:
Competitive pay + Sign-On Bonus (based on experience) What You'll Do: Perform a full range of microbiological testing, including bacterial cultures, gram stains, and molecular methods
Accession and process a variety of clinical specimens with accuracy and efficiency
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation and analyzers
Ensure strict adherence to quality control, safety, and infection prevention standards
Communicate effectively with clinical teams to support timely and accurate patient diagnoses

Job Requirements
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field ASCP (or equivalent) certification as a Medical Technologist or eligibility required North Dakota CLS licensure (or ability to obtain) Prior microbiology experience preferred, but motivated new grads are encouraged to apply! Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, with a passion for microbiological science
