What youll be working on: At Savers, we are opening 25-30 new stores in 2025. In support of this growth, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) team. This role requires a strong administrative and functional background in D365 with expertise in Finance and Operations. The successful candidate will bring deep technical and functional knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to partner with business stakeholders and IT to ensure the D365 solution continues to provide business value. The Senior System Administrator D365 is responsible for administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, future planning, and optimization of D365 Finance and Operations (F&O). This role will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver stable, scalable solutions aligned with business goals. The Senior System Administrator D365 F&O role maintains a complete understanding of the organizations D365 solution and related services and serves as a key point of contact for all D365 issues, incidents, and enhancement requests. D365 F&O Administration and Technical Leadership - Play a key role as a D365 F&O system administrator and business process expert/advisor. - Perform all administrative duties for D365 including but not limited to: User provisioning, Role definition and management, batch job setup and monitoring, Internal and external system integrations, data management activities, and F&O configuration to support business processes. - Lead architecture discussions and strategy sessions to define Savers D365 roadmap and system enhancements. - Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of D365 environments using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps. - Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to D365 infrastructure, system integrations, and related technology. - Define and support business continuity and disaster recovery planning for D365 solutions. 2. Business Process Support & Consulting - Provide expertise, advice, and consultation for business processes supported by D365 F&O and Commerce. - Troubleshoot business process challenges, recommending solutions and/or configuration changes to improve efficiency and performance. 3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with Savers IT, business users, software vendors, and Microsoft support for incident management. - Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for process improvement and system enhancements or upgrades. 4. Security, Compliance & Governance - Provision D365 user and security roles, ensuring adherence to and compliance with the companys segregation of duties rules, Sarbanes-Oxley policy, industry standards, security best practices, and Microsoft guidelines. - Provide evidence from D365 in support of SOX audit requirements. Represent D365 to the external SOX audit team. - Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures for the D365 platform. 5. Monitoring, Maintenance & Support - Monitor and maintain batch jobs and other integrations, resolving issues as needed. - Perform data management execution, monitoring and troubleshooting. - Support production environments, troubleshoot critical issues, and mitigate business impact. - Support production deployments and upgrades at a regular cadence. 6. Training, Documentation & Adoption - Create and maintain documentation of new processes and system implementations. - Conduct user training, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to ensure seamless system adoption. 7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies, latest feature releases, industry trends, and retail best practices, recommending adoption where applicable. - Recommend business process improvements and efficiency gains as related to Savers D365 solution. 8. Work Schedule & Flexibility - Maintain flexibility in work hours to accommodate various time zones as requested, including Australia. - Occasionally work late or extended hours to support maintenance, upgrades, patch implementation, and similar activities.
