We're seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Manager with deep expertise in CRM transformation initiatives, particularly in transitioning from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 . This role requires advanced integration experience, including legacy systems (Siebel CRM) and ETL pipelines (Informatica) , to ensure seamless data integrity and operational continuity.

Job Description:
We're seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Manager with deep expertise in CRM transformation initiatives, particularly in transitioning from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 . This role requires advanced integration experience, including legacy systems (Siebel CRM) and ETL pipelines (Informatica) , to ensure seamless data integrity and operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM migration initiatives
- Define roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Oversee integration with Oracle Siebel and Informatica ETL processes
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to manage dependencies and delivery
- Ensure business continuity through robust testing and stakeholder alignment
- Document and manage data consistency and interoperability across platforms
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of legacy systems like Siebel CRM
- Proven experience managing ETL tools , especially Informatica
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in financial services or enterprise-grade product environments
- Knowledge of Agile product delivery methodology
