Auto Group A growing dealership group is seeking a Shop Foreman for it's brand new state of the Art BMW store set to open this fall. A BMW shop foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, quality repairs, and customer satisfaction. This includes leading technicians, diagnosing complex issues, and maintaining BMW's high standards for service. Essential Duties Included but are limited to: Overseeing technicians, providing guidance, and ensuring quality control for all repairs. Organizing and prioritizing work orders, managing technician workflow, and ensuring timely completion of repairs. Diagnosing complex vehicle issues, assisting technicians with challenging repairs, and ensuring proper use of diagnostic tools. Collaborating with service advisors to address customer concerns, provide accurate repair estimates, and maintain positive customer relationships. Mentoring and training technicians, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensuring all repairs meet BMW standards and safety regulations, and overseeing quality control checks on completed work. Monitoring shop equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Ensuring adherence to BMW warranty processes, dealership policies, and safety protocols. Qualifications: At least 10 years’ related experience as a Shop Foreman for a Highline brand. Education: 10 years related experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.
