Naples, FL Responsibilities and Practice Our clients Naples office is seeking a mid-level or senior-level associate with excellent experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. Expected responsibilities include: Drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related instruments Direct and frequent client interaction Advising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies Designing business succession strategies Counseling fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts Preparing and reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns General estate, trust and tax-related research and writing Supporting our litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration This is a special opportunity to join a highly seasoned, sophisticated Estates practice and learn directly from accomplished, experienced practitioners. Higher levels of experience are also valued and will be considered.
