What You'll Do As A Mid-Level IT Specialist, You'll Provide Enterprise-Level Support For Secure IT Systems And InfrastructureEnsuring System Integrity, Compliance, And Performance In Classified And Unclassified Environments. Key Responsibilities Include: Deliver Tier II/III Support For Engineering, Program, And Security Teams Administer Windows Infrastructure, Including Active Directory, Dns, And Group Policy Secure And Patch Systems Per DoD Stigs And NIST Rmf Guidelines Support Microsoft 365, Virtualization (Vmware), And Endpoint Configurations Maintain Operational Documentation, System Baselines, And Sops Monitor Systems For Performance, Uptime, And Security Posture Assist With Audits, Incident Response, And Cyber Compliance Activities Onboard/Offboard Users And Manage Access For Secure Lab Environments What You Bring: U.S. Citizenship (Required) Active Ts/Sci With Ci Poly (Required) Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field 4+ Years Of It Experience In Secure Or Regulated Environments Able To Work Occasional Off-Hours Support Based On Mission Needs Some Physical Requirements (E.g., Lifting Up To 40 Lbs.
