About The Firm? Consistently ranked in Chambers USA and Legal 500 for M&A, Capital Markets & Private Equity. Named Practice Group of the Year by Law360. Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture with genuine investment in associate development and long-term growth. Advised on largest number of global private equity M&A deals of any law firm during the first half of 2025. Qualifications J.D. from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the New York bar 3–6+ years of Private Equity transactional experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm. Experience handling complex cross-border and domestic private equity deals, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, and acquisitions.
