The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in expanding our U.S. client base across the AI, software, and digital tech sectors. This is a strategic, relationship-led role focused on opening new accounts, building long-term partnerships, and working closely with our global recruitment team to deliver exceptional results.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with startups, scaleups, and enterprise clients across the U.S.
Engage senior decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Talent, Hiring Managers) to understand hiring needs and effectively position our services
Represent the business at industry events, networking groups, online communities, and client meetings
Collaborate with experienced recruiters to deliver high-quality, specialized talent solutions across AI, ML, RPA, governance, and emerging tech markets
Stay current on industry trends, hiring patterns, and emerging opportunities
Operate with a high level of independence while working collaboratively with our global team
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in business development within the tech recruitment industry (agency or search firm experience required) is essential
A strong network in one or more of the following areas: AI, software engineering, data science, RPA, digital transformation
A confident communicator with the ability to win new business and build lasting, trust-based relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Based in or familiar with the New York market (preferred, not required)
