Provide comprehensive legal counsel and support on a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including:

oGeneral contract drafting and review of legal documents (commercial, licensing, vendor, employment, etc.).

oAssist in drafting and negotiating complex high value commercial transactions in the high-tech telecom field with globally recognized leading companies (not a SaaS company).

oIntellectual property review (software and technology licensing).

Required Qualifications

oMinimum 5 years’ experience as a transactional lawyer (mix of firm and in house experience preferred).

oJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and California bar admission.

oOnsite in Santa Clara CA (no remote work).

oCan-do attitude and strong work ethic; no task is beneath you and no problem is unsolvable.

oAbility to operate unsupervised with attention to detail.

oAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing business critical projects; schedule may vary.

Desired Qualifications

oMinimum 2 years’ experience negotiating frame agreements for high tech manufacturing companies.

oExperience collaborating in an international organization.

oStrong ability to quickly learn other practice areas, and desire to work in a lean team with a lot of exposure and scope.

Salary and Benefits

$145,000 - $170,000 a year

oCompetitive salary based upon experience.The salary range posted is a targeted range for budget of position. Base compensation can be negotiated and will be commensurate with experience, skills, education, and training.

oPaid vacation (15 days) and holidays (10 paid holidays).
