As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting the daily operations of our warehouse. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff, carriers, and other departments to keep everything moving efficiently. The warehouse shift hours are Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12am, potentially every other weekend for overtime opportunities.
Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth delivery and receiving processes. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts. Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork as needed. Resolve shipping and receiving issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and logistics procedures. Support warehouse team with operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth delivery and receiving processes. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts. Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork as needed. Resolve shipping and receiving issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and logistics procedures. Support warehouse team with operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems (e.g., WMS, ERP). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
