Purpose of the Role: The primary purpose of this role is to drive the growth and expansion of new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector by leveraging cutting-edge digital, technology, and autonomous solutions. The consultant will identify and capitalize on emerging trends, foster strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in oil and gas operations.
Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Technical Expertise and Thought Leadership:
Detail-oriented with significant consulting experience and proven network. Strong self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and motivated. Practical consulting experience including scoping, selling, and delivery. Experience in energy sector (upstream, midstream, downstream/onshore, offshore, non-conventional) is required. Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for all levels, including producing concise reports and presentations. Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments. Adaptability to client needs and role expansion. Supports proposal, execution plans, and budgets preparation. Supports continuous improvement and develops work processes, tools, methodologies. Manages client relationships and generates business opportunities. Drives business growth and identifies new services based on client needs. Presents solutions emphasizing economic value and competitive advantage. Provides expert advice on digital transformation and technology integration in mining. Conducts assessments and audits for improvement opportunities. Experience leading projects and applying strategy frameworks. Research, quantitative analysis, structured problem solving, and executive communication skills. Leadership:
Ownership of project success, quality, cost, and client satisfaction. Builds knowledge base of tools and methodologies. Leads process improvements and models safety excellence. Team Collaboration and Supervision:

Technical knowledge to lead client discussions. Presents technical papers and publishes articles. Translates customer needs into project definitions. Strengths in autonomous mobile fleet, robotics, data analytics, IIoT, AI/ML. *Travel as required for field programs. Qualifications
Professional Experience: Minimum 10+ years in industry. Experience at top-tier or boutique consulting firms or in-house consulting/business development. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Commitment: Ensure HSE requirements are understood and followed. Compliance with HSE procedures.
