In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents. *Responsibilities* Leads and sets strategy for mission integration within Methodist Hospital of Sacramento and Woodland Memorial Hospital to ensure the mission, vision, values, and heritage are integrated into all aspects of the organization. Promotes a values-based organizational culture uniting people around the organization's mission, vision, values, and heritage. Designs and implements educational programming for staff, medical staff, volunteers, the community, and others about the Dignity Health mission, vision, values, and heritage. *Job Details* Sets strategy and works with the leadership team to operationalize the Dignity Health Mission Integration Standards. Develops and implements processes affecting operations, goals, and strategic transformation. Leads and develops policies, procedures, and programs to achieve operational goals. Prepares accountability reports for senior leadership and hospital board regarding mission integration areas. *Core Competencies* Manages and coaches others to achieve performance; delegates effectively; sets goals; leads initiatives. Keeps the organization’s mission, vision, and values at the forefront of decision-making. Focuses on patient/customer perspective in actions and decisions. Builds strategic relationships and resolves issues collaboratively. Demonstrates professional skills and shares knowledge. Builds relationships across areas to achieve goals. Communicates effectively to build confidence. Anticipates and manages conflicts appropriately. *Qualifications* Minimum of three (3) years of progressive responsibility in related fields. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience. Master's Degree in healthcare management, theology, spirituality, behavioral science, or related fields. *Additional Requirements* Professional training in theology, spirituality, ethics, and community health within two years of hire. *Overview* Built in 1973, Methodist Hospital of Sacramento is committed to providing excellent healthcare for residents of Sacramento’s southern suburbs, including Elk Grove, Wilton, and Galt. It features a 158-bed acute-care facility, a skilled nursing facility, and a residency program in family medicine. One Community. One Mission. One California *Pay Range* $49.20 - $71.34/hour
