Job Description X-Ray Tech Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 5x8 Hours per Shift: 8 hours (14:00 - 22:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required. First-timers accepted. License: Active state license required. Certifications: ARRT, BLS required.
Must-Have: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room experience required. Certifications: ARRT, BLS, and state license required. Required X-Ray Skills: Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine, Abdomen upright. Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Upper Airway. Facial bones, Orbits, Paranasal sinuses, Skull, Temporomandibular joints. Ankle, Femur, Foot, Knee, Tibia-Fibula. C-Arm Procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable Chest. Cervical Spine, Hip, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Sacrum, and/or Coccyx, Thoracic Spine. Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Scapula, Shoulder, Trauma shoulder, or Humerus, Wrist.
Description: Position for X-Ray Technician available. Shifts are 5x8 during evening hours. Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays as needed. On-call duties are required as needed. Candidates are not expected to float within the facility. Block schedule requests can be discussed with the manager. Local candidates are accepted with no radius restrictions. All applicants must have an active license at the time of application. Preferred experience with Cerner and Level I Trauma. Daily responsibilities include performing various X-ray procedures in Adult Acute Care and Outpatient settings. Will work with diverse patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The facility operates primarily in ED/Trauma, OR, general inpatients, ICU, and outpatient imaging. All candidates must comply with essential hiring policies and documentation requirements.
