We are seeking a diligent and skilled Mold Setter to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a Mold Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our injection molding machines. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting customer specifications. Responsibilities: Set molds for injection molding machines. Monitor manufacturing processes, including temperature, pressure, cycle times, and flow rates using the HMI screen. Verify color concentrates are correct and perform color changes as required. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Essential Skills: Experience in mold setting. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to make machine adjustments. Proficiency in overhead crane operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Strongly preferred experience in injection molding mold setting. Consideration for candidates with die setter or extensive press experience. Capability to memorize a long sequence of tasks performed within a short timeframe. Why Work Here? The environment is not temperature-controlled, reflecting outside conditions. You'll be part of a team of six mold setters on the 2nd shift, working from 3 PM to 11:15 PM, with some weekend work required. Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Leitchfield, Kentucky. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
