Job Summary
The Enterprise Architect will lead architectural strategy and design across a dynamic ecosystem including Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and full-stack technologies. This position plays a critical role in enabling scalable, integrated, and cloud-based business solutions that align with enterprise goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and best practices across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and full-stack applications.
- Lead architecture for customer engagement platforms, integration layers, and analytics environments.
- Establish scalable data pipelines and integration strategies using MuleSoft and Snowflake.
- Design and oversee modern web application architectures using React, Node.js, or equivalent full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security best practices.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities across multiple business domains and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
- Serve as technical advisor to business stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership.
- Lead architecture reviews and enforce technology governance and compliance policies.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, Technical).
- MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect.
- Snowflake certification and hands-on experience with ELT/ETL tools.
- Experience designing solutions in Azure or AWS environments.
- Background in Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong architecture experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft API-led architecture, data integration, and orchestration.
- Proven experience with Snowflake architecture and data warehousing strategies.
- Experience in modern full-stack development frameworks and technologies (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, or Java).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
