We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer
with a strong background in
Health Cloud
to create and maintain innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will customize Health Cloud features, develop custom applications, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide expert design and implementation support within a collaborative software development team. Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications based on business requirements. Support testing phases and address any defects that arise. Guide and mentor junior team members when necessary. Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on patient data management, care plans, and workflows. Create and implement custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data security and adherence to HIPAA and healthcare regulations. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues associated with Health Cloud and custom Salesforce applications. Enhance the performance and scalability of Health Cloud applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1 year in Health Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud features related to care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows. Experience with integration patterns and best practices for connecting Salesforce with healthcare systems. Understanding of healthcare data models and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA). Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Health Cloud Specialist. Experience with Shield for data encryption and enhanced security. Familiarity with healthcare standards like HL7 and FHIR. Knowledge of OmniStudio and OmniScript. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with other integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, TIBCO) is a plus. Knowledge of integration patterns such as request-response, pub-sub, and batch processing.
