$160,000 to $175,000 , along with bonuses, health plans, wellness programs, HSA and FSA options, life and disability insurance, pension/401k, vacation/PTO, and relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities include: Managing and directing the accounting team and overseeing payroll if applicable. Managing all bank accounts and ensuring proper utilization of Targetvue for budgeting and PVNG for P&L reporting. Preparing monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and year-end P&L reconciliations and journal entries. Handling tax filings, accounts payable reviews, petty cash audits, and manual checks. Preparing the annual budget and ensuring compliance with local and state tax laws. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in hospitality resort or hotel accounting, or one year as a Controller. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of all accounting areas, and experience with condo rental programs and HOA financials. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. This is a full-time, non-remote position located in a resort in the upper Midwest. The ideal candidate will have experience with luxury 5-star resorts and extensive amenities.
