This role will interact with high visibility strategic programs which will provide opportunities for learning and growth for a motivated applicant.
Duties And Responsibilities
Performing daily reports to measure key performance indicators (KPI's). Interacting with key customers to assure operational compliance to customer requirements. Analyzing data, identifying business trends and driving activities for resolution/problem solving. Interacting with several US based logistics operations. Collaborates with various program disciplines such as program management, sales and operations management. Occasional travel to operations and/or customers may be required.
Required Education
College Degree in a related field.
Required Skills And Experience
Ability to react to fast paced problem solving in a collaborative setting. 3-5 years’ experience is a plus. Telecommunications or tech-minded backgrounds are a plus. Strong work ethic. Strong analytical thinking. Attention to detail and consistency in daily reporting. Strong communication skills. Strong/advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
