Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Veritas Partners Veritas Partners is currently looking for a VP of Property Management. The role manages a team of 25, half of them directly. The VP of Property Management will oversee over 50 sites / 10,000 housing units in Montgomery County. Responsibilities Oversee all Property Management operations/financial health. Supervise on-site staff, and assist with decisions on new hires, training and orientation of new employees, and conduct performance evaluations of staff. Prepare periodic building inspections/rehab inspections. Maintain accurate work order and inventory control system. Preferred Skills: · Minimum of 10 years of experience in Property Management · Minimum of 5 years managing other Property Managers · Minimum of 3 years experience with Subsidized housing / LIHTC / Tax Credit · Minimum of 6000 units managed in a leadership capacity · Financial Analysis, Budgeting, P&L Management skills · Knowledge of industry software systems; preferably Yardi · Bachelor's Degree Required ***This is an in office role 5 days per week.
