We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, operational, and growth-focused
Program Manager
to provide innovative solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Communities. The role is based in Beavercreek, OH. The Program Manager will pursue, manage, and grow opportunities with NGA, NRO, and other DoD/IC customers, developing relationships and teaming opportunities. Responsibilities include growth initiatives and managing existing R&D contracts, supporting key customers with an emphasis on mission impact. The position involves planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and conducting organizational activities to ensure our technical solutions are integrated, tested, documented, and delivered. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, excellent leadership skills, technical credentials, and proven ability to manage technical staff to produce cutting-edge solutions. The role is motivated by a desire to deliver critical solutions that achieve mission impact and to nurture team success. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders Collaborate with government customers and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize tasks Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and mission partners across the IC and DoD Manage day-to-day operations, work plans, timelines, program spending, status reports, and stakeholder communication Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules with cross-functional teams Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals Identify and pursue new growth opportunities to expand business and technical offerings Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field 12 years of DoD/IC experience, including at least 3 years in program/project management Experience creating and presenting reports, briefings, and program information to stakeholders Experience managing complex projects with short deadlines and competing priorities Experience managing financials across projects and contracts Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and in teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, leadership, and organizational skills Desired Qualifications: Active TS with SCI eligibility within the last 2 years (able to obtain CI Poly) OR Active TS/SCI CI Poly Technical background in materials research, DEW/CDEW, software development, or related areas Experience identifying and executing on-contract growth opportunities Experience building and growing business with DoD/IC customers Entrepreneurial spirit with experience driving new product lines Experience in proposal development PMP certification Global Compensation
$120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, location, and other factors. Closing Statement
