Connexus Hub is seeking a qualified Logistics and Facilities Manager at NTTC Lackland. This position is responsible for overseeing facility support, maintenance operations, and logistics in direct support of advanced Navy Master-at-Arms training.
Position Type:Full time, W2 salaried plus benefits
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary staff expert for facility maintenance and logistics support operations. Manage day-to-day logistics operations and facility maintenance schedules. Develop and implement logistics support procedures (e.g., inventory, gear issuance, fleet deployment). Coordinate facility and transportation requirements with Air Force Civil Engineering, NAVFAC, and vendors. Maintain accountability and serviceability for GSA fleet vehicles, ensuring regular maintenance and documentation. Track all government vehicles and generate detailed usage and maintenance reports. Manage facility repair coordination and administer warranty and self-help project efforts. Support environmental quality compliance programs and budgeting per Air Force EMS and BCAMP frameworks. Maintain historical records and process documentation for turnover and continuity. Participate in meetings as directed by the NTTC Lackland Commanding Officer. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in logistics, facilities management, or related field and 2 years experience in logistics/facility management; OR6 years of relevant experience in logistics/facility management, preferably in a Navy or Marine Corps environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or facility management. Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with military, government civilians, and contractor personnel. Valid state drivers license required. Knowledge of BCAMP and Air Force Civil Engineering operations is a plus. Must be eligible to obtain a Favorable Tier 3 Background Investigation Work Environment: This position is based at a military installation. The candidate must be prepared to work in a dynamic training environment, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance with government policies and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
