Nurse Practitioner, Neonatology - Kansas City, MO
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatology team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be passionate about providing high-quality healthcare to newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:- Conducting neonatal assessments and developing care plans
- Collaborating with the neonatology team to provide comprehensive care
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Administering medications and treatments
- Educating patients and families on neonatal care
- Participating in rounds and case conferences
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri (or willing to get)
- Certification in Neonatal Advanced Practice Nursing
- Prior experience in neonatal care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
