The Systems Administrator (NetSuite) will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. This is a key hybrid role that will serve as the bridge between IT, operations, and finance—ensuring the platform supports our business goals and processes efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for NetSuite. Manage user access, roles/permissions, configurations, and system updates. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, workflows, saved searches, reports, and custom fields. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions. Lead or support process improvement initiatives and NetSuite enhancement projects across departments. Troubleshoot issues, manage system integrity, and coordinate with third-party vendors and support as needed. Document system processes, configurations, and changes. Identify automation opportunities and ensure data accuracy and integrity across the platform.
