Purpose of Position: Manage and optimize our NetSuite platform across the company's business organizational units. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internal customers. Ensure technology solutions align with business needs and strategic goals. Research, design, document, test and implement business solutions. Assist in defining and planning departmental project roadmaps. Partner with employees and technical partners to prioritize and deliver solutions that achieve company objectives. Manage the NetSuite relationship, contract and system administration.
Summary Of Essential Job Functions

• Oversee NetSuite ERP and connected operational systems, including configuration, testing of system changes, system upgrades, integrations and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
• Plan and consult on business process improvements to configure system features and functions according to requirements and needs.
• Lead system implementation projects to include requirements definition, identification of candidate systems, business case development, systems selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, functional leadership, external consultants, and end users to design and implement technical solutions.
• Act as lead and subject matter expert for NetSuite, either through vertical expertise or deep product knowledge on specific functionality.
• Configure functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications.
• Be Trilliums main point of contact with NetSuite.
• Create user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners.
• Research, troubleshoot and mitigate ERP and other system issues.
• Perform business systems and workflow analysis and disseminate technical communications.
• Ensure effective master data management and Business Intelligence through the configuration and development of Trilliums system infrastructure.
• Ensure that business systems are compliant with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties assigned.
  

Education And Experience Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience & understanding of the following NetSuite areas: Security Administration, Business Financials and Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Managing and Documenting Projects, Order Processing and Inventory Management.
• Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
• 5 years hands-on experience using NetSuite or an equivalent enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Demonstrated experience with project management and achieving results.
• NetSuite Certification, preferred. SuiteFoundation, Administrator, SuiteAnalytics, etc.
• Three years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, with integrations, customizations and data migration, preferred.
  

Physical Demands Of Position

• Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds (materials/equipment)
• Effective use of computer, laptop, cell phone and other mobile device to exchange information.
