Sr. NetSuite Administrator
will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, configuration, and maintenance of NetSuite across the organization. This position will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all things NetSuite, including but not limited to ERP, warehouse management, order entry applications, etc. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP best practices and at least 5 years of experience with NetSuite administration, preferably including participation in a full-cycle NetSuite implementation. There are requirements of strong analytical skills to optimize our NetSuite instance and its related systems. This role will partner with functional leaders to optimize processes, workflows, and reporting across departments.
Essential Functions
Serve as the NetSuite system administrator, managing user roles, permissions, integrations, and system configurations. Support the ongoing implementation, customization, and enhancement of NetSuite in partnership with consultants and stakeholders. Collaborate with all departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and supports organizational goals. Manage enhancement and feature requests by documenting requirements, prioritizing and assigning work within the team and with external vendor resources. Manage and maintain system documentation, workflows, saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards. Troubleshoot issues, manage system upgrades, and ensure data integrity and system performance. Provide day-to-day end-user support, training, and documentation for internal teams. Consult with functional leads to ensure training materials and methods are consistent with current system configuration and update related training material as needed. Maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to NetSuite. Perform periodic audits of user access, transaction logs, and security settings. Manage and develop custom NetSuite permission roles to enforce security and promote ease of use. Ensure systems meet security audit and compliance standards. Stay current with NetSuite updates, enhancements, and industry best practices to recommend improvements. Support operational excellence by contributing to the continuous improvement of the environment, processes and procedures. Participate in cross-functional projects involving data migration, integrations, or process automation.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all internal/external customers of St. Mary’s Food Bank with an excellent service experience.
Scope and Complexity
May interact with all levels of leadership, employees, agency representatives, community neighbors, volunteers, external vendors, and clients.
Physical Demands/Environment Factors
Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking. May be required to lift up to 20 pounds. Requires significant use of company provided computer, phone and general office equipment. Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects. Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone. May require off-site travel; possible out-of-state travel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience, including workflows, scripting, and system configuration, Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA), etc. Experience participating in at least one full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation. Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM. Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement changes efficiently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite Administrator Certification SuiteCloud Developer Certification Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics Experience working in nonprofit or food bank environments Familiarity with data integration tools and platforms Experience with warehouse management and transportation/logistics systems Experience with logistics, supply chain, and distribution industries
