Manage and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure across multiple campuses Install, configure, and support equipment from Extreme Networks, Aruba, Juniper, F5, and Ivanti Administer LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPN, Internet, and BGP protocols Troubleshoot performance issues and implement proactive solutions Collaborate with IT peers to ensure stability and integration across systems Maintain network documentation and enforce security standards Keep current with evolving networking technologies and best practices
What You Bring
4+ years of hands-on network engineering experience Strong knowledge of Extreme Networks, Aruba, and Juniper gear Solid grasp of networking fundamentals: LAN, WAN, VoIP, BGP, and VPN Experience supporting large, distributed environments (higher ed is a plus!) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Bonus Points For
Familiarity with F5 and Ivanti tools Prior experience in a college or university setting Ability to create and manage clear network documentation
