Role- Technical Lead
Location- Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Job Type- Fulltime/Contract
Responsibilities: Design and develop ORAN software for telecommunication networks /should have programming knowledge in CU,DU,RU development Integrate ORAN solutions with existing network infrastructure. Perform testing and validation of ORAN systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize network performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ORAN deployment and operation. Participate in the continuous improvement of ORAN solutions. Document and maintain technical specifications and project progress. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in ORAN development (CU, DU, RU) Strong understanding of telecommunication standards, protocols, ORAN, 3GPP concepts Experience with software development and integration in network environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Skills:
