Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required 2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting Current BLS required Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire BSN is preferred HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a 267-bed hospital.
