Monday-Friday 8:30AM- 5:00PM Responsibilities
Greet all Visitors and Residents in a friendly and warming manner Answering phone calls and responding to Voicemails Communicating with other coworkers via email if needed Making sure the Lobby and front office is a welcoming environment for all. Assisting Human Resources with clerical tasks Qualifications
Enjoy working with seniors. Reception experience. Administrative experience a plus. Computer experience a must Experienced with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher. Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
