Outpatient Clinic Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm Seeing an average of 4-5 patients per day, all adults Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will evaluate patients and provide thorough written feedback Background Profile:
1+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant / PA or Nurse Practitioner / NP Active NY license
