Position Summary:
Seeking a motivated, full-time provider for an innovative outpatient private practice in Pearland, TX. We prefer the applicant to have experience (but are also willing to train) in the following:
Orthopedics Joint injections Trigger point injections Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Family Medicine and Nutrition Weight Loss Programs
Aside from the above skills, the perfect applicant will:
Perform exams Evaluate clinical data Consult with our MD and team Order appropriate tests Provide accurate and useful diagnostic details Educate patients Upkeep detailed documentation Provide direction for managing the patient's care
Our need is immediate, so we need the applicant to have a valid license in Texas, DEA, and be available to start within 30 days.
All training and Protocols will be provided.
