Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician
to join their collaborative and mission-driven team. This full-time, onsite position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional outpatient care while participating in mentorship, education, and multidisciplinary initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering comprehensive care to children with developmental and behavioral concerns, while contributing to innovation and academic advancement within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert
outpatient clinical care
to pediatric patients with developmental and behavioral conditions. Collaborate within a
multidisciplinary team , including psychologists, audiologists, therapists, social workers, and pediatricians. Educate and mentor medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents. Support the professional growth of junior providers through
team-based mentorship . Participate in
quality improvement initiatives
and assist in developing new clinical programs. Utilize
EPIC EMR
to enhance clinical efficiency and communication. Key Benefits:

MD, DO, or foreign equivalent . Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Fellowship trained
in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (ACGME-accredited program). Eligible for unrestricted medical license
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Strong collaborative and mentorship mindset; interest in teaching and program development. Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range:
$200,000 - $210,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive
