Job Overview Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:
Compensation: $110,000 $130,000/year

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Responsibilities as the Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:
- Clinical Care: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions through comprehensive assessments and physical exams.
- Treatment & Prescribing: Prescribe medications, order tests, and implement treatment plans based on clinical guidelines.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure seamless care and appropriate referrals.
- Patient Education: Counsel patients on diagnoses, treatment options, preventative care, and medication adherence.
- Practice Support: Maintain clinical documentation, support patient flow, and assist with office operations and protocol development.
- Education: Master s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Tennessee, with current DEA registration.
- Certification: National board certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in EMR systems with extensive experience using Athena preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
