Keypath Education is supporting Rockhurst University's search for an MSN Program Director. Rockhurst University, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, is seeking experienced and motivated applicants for an MSN Program Director position. The MSN Program Director is a faculty member (rank commensurate with experience) with an administrative appointment responsible for managing all graduate nursing programs. Job Responsibilities Providing classroom instruction Managing day-to-day program operations Overseeing student advising Monitoring student learning outcomes Collaborating with college leadership Managing enrollment and marketing efforts Building collaborative partnerships Supporting academic and financial aid processes Assisting staff in recruiting prospective students Reviewing and maintaining curriculum Leading new program development Ensuring accreditation compliance Assigning faculty to ensure quality learning experiences The Program Director will also participate in professional associations, community engagement, and perform instructional duties as assigned. Qualifications At least two years of successful full-time university-level teaching, including online education, and management experience in higher education or related fields Terminal degree from a regionally accredited university Active nursing license and certification in the relevant specialty Ability to interpret accreditation and regulatory standards Strong communication skills for engaging with faculty, leaders, and the community Experience with administrative systems and standard office applications Effective project management, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Applicants should submit a cover letter with salary expectations and three professional references.
