Job Description CBI is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and engaging Manager, Inclusive Culture to help shape and sustain an environment where inclusion is embedded into everyday experiences and business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Inclusive Culture, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting Business Resource Group (BRG) leaders, pillar leads, and members by equipping them with the necessary tools, guidance, and structure to thrive. This position requires a blend of systems thinking, cultural fluency, and executional excellence to design and deliver initiatives that not only elevate inclusion but also embed it into the organization's daily rhythm.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development: Work in collaboration with key HR partners to research and identify key partnerships with external organizations and industry associations that support the attraction, retention, and development of talent. In collaboration with key stakeholders, develop a strategy and roadmap to identify strategic partnerships that support CBI’s talent management efforts. Work in collaboration with key HR partners to establish and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations and industry associations, focusing on talent management to advance our workforce and inclusive culture goals. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximize the benefits of partnerships and create opportunities that strengthen company-wide inclusion efforts. Leverage emerging trends and proven best practices to ensure the inclusive culture strategy remains innovative and impactful. Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to understand and navigate the unique priorities and operating models across various segments of the organization. Business Resource Group Management Work with key leaders to support and sustain the company’s Business Resource Groups and Global Inclusion Council and programming/initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the organization's inclusive culture goals and each group progresses to the appropriate next stage of maturity. Oversee CommunityCliQ, Teams, and other platforms to enhance visibility and engagement for the company’s BRGs and foster an inclusive culture. Offer strategic guidance and resources to Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to drive impactful initiatives. Strategic oversight of the BRGs for Mexico, New Zealand, and Italy Collaborate with BRG leaders and executive sponsors to promote events, programs, and milestones through consistent communication. Identify methods to enhance the value proposition of Inclusive Culture and BRG participation through storytelling and testimonials. Collaborative Leadership: Develop a framework with the VP of Inclusive Culture to utilize Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and emphasize the organizational culture, thereby supporting efforts in talent attraction and retention. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and Business Resource Groups, to implement inclusive culture strategies and a culture of inclusivity across different business areas. Consult with the Global Talent team on implementing dynamic recruiting strategies to create candidate pipelines that effectively showcase CBI’s collective and individual brands and genuinely connect with talent aligned with our workforce development goals. Work with our Global Talent partners to consistently bring our employee value proposition to life and showcase CBI as an employer of choice. Present and facilitate discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, fostering inclusive leadership practices. Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with the Sr. Analyst, Inclusive Culture, to develop and produce regular reports on partnership success and outcomes, presenting findings to the VP, Inclusive Culture, and recommending improvements. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of inclusive culture partnerships’ ROI in collaboration with the Inclusive Culture team and key HR partners. Analyze dashboards to assess inclusive culture strategy execution and assess engagement trends to guide strategy and demonstrate impact. Inclusive Learning and Development: Partner with the Employee Experience team to ensure that onboarding materials, toolkits, and training sessions reflect the Inclusive Culture strategy. Understand organizational development, content mapping, and inclusive change management to support the broader Inclusive Culture strategy. Brand Strategy and Internal Marketing Shape messaging and branding for enterprise-wide inclusion efforts, ensuring alignment with CBI’s values and objectives. Create compelling campaigns and assets (such as emails, toolkits, social posts, and infographics) that enhance visibility and participation. Collaborate with the Inclusion Culture team to brainstorm, plan, and organize marketing and logistics for major events, including the Global Inclusion Summit and the cultural engagement series. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred. 8 to 12 years of proven experience in a managerial role, focusing on strategy, human resources, talent management, and organizational development, ideally within complex or matrixed environments. Proven ability to translate data into strategy-building dashboards, defining KPI’s and measuring outcomes. Strong project management skills, encompassing budget management and adherence to timelines. Demonstrated business insight and ability to link inclusive culture initiatives to broader organizational goals, including talent retention and brand differentiation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong strategic partnerships. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, build trust, and foster strong, positive working relationships. Must bring an inspiring and motivating presence that energizes others around initiatives for an inclusive culture. Physical Requirements:

The salary range for this role is: $110,800.00 - $173,400.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
