The Role Youll Contribute
The Assistant Director of the Ambulatory Infusion Centers assists in overseeing and managing the daily work and services provided by the nursing team; assist in developing and implementing plans and goals of care for patients in the ambulatory infusion centers; coordination of health services between Pharmacy, Lab, Registration, Scheduling, and Patient Financial services in the Ambulatory Infusion Centers including new and future sites. Collaborates with the Director of Ambulatory Infusion centers to coordinate daily operations. The Assistant Director interacts with staff, and contributes to the professional development of the leadership team; collaborates as needed with all levels of nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders in relation to the delivery of quality care. Acts as an advocate for the protection and rights of individuals, families, healthcare providers, and other professions, especially related to health and safety. Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Has knowledge of and adheres to, the American Nursing Association (ANA) Code of Ethics, the ANA Scope and Standard for Nursing Practice, State Board of Nursing Practice Act, and the Oncology Nursing Society. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations for Ambulatory Infusion sites
Conducts rounds of all infusion centers
Assists in developing and implementing plans and goals for the Ambulatory Infusion Centers
Collaborates with the Director and Clinical Nurse Specialist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures related to care of the infusion patient and ensures compliance.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing Kansas Nurses License 5 years of experience
