We are currently offering a $3k sign-on payment that is paid out on the first pay cycle following successful completion of the training period. This is a 100% commission-based JOB, and as a Sales Consultant, you could be compensated and earn an average of $225k to $350k by selling the most recognized and industry-leading brand on the market. This is not a COLD CALLING JOB! We have an incredible marketing engine that takes care of all leads for our in-home Sales Consultants through traditional and non-traditional marketing methods. Learning, Development & Culture We offer training to prepare you for success in selling our windows & doors. Our training continues with ongoing sales development and support from Sales Managers to help you grow. There are ample opportunities for advancement across the company. Our culture is positive, encouraging collaboration, growth, and innovation. Responsibilities and Duties The Sales Consultant role is expanding! We seek Sales Consultants to visit customers at home, assess their needs, and recommend our products. Our client leads in quality, value, and service. Using the tools, training, and sales methodology provided, you'll build connections with customers to offer our replacement services. Industry-leading product samples, support, and technology will assist you in closing sales. All leads are generated for our sales representatives. Benefits Pay for performance motivates salespeople! Candidate Requirements
2+ years in-home or outside sales experience. Proven ability to close sales. Focus on exceeding customer expectations. Availability to conduct homeowner appointments during evenings and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Strong time management and work process skills; ability to work independently. College degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Reliable transportation. Ability to travel within the territory (own vehicle preferred). Required Skills and Certifications
Experience in in-home or outside sales. Customer-focused approach. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills. College degree or relevant experience. Additional Details
