Job Description Position: IBM FileNet P8 Developer Minimum of 4 years of experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.2 and Content Navigator . Hands-on experience with IBM Case Manager installations and administration . Analyzes, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies. Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains, and enhances project deliverables. Strong software demonstration skills with critical thinking and analytical abilities. Experience with IBM Case Manager, IBM Datacap, and IBM Content Navigator is a plus. Experience with other enterprise content management applications such as SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText, IBM FileNet . Experience in tool evaluation and recommendations within the ECM space. Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate at all organizational levels. Experience working with global teams . Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of formal education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology .
