Overview
Note: Schedule and coordinate meetings using onsite and offsite meeting space, management of meeting materials, and facilitating meeting execution. This may include a limited amount of travel ranging from 3-5 work days at a time and a few times per year.
Duties:
Develop and maintain the database of important contacts/contracts using
spreadsheets and Client CRM software (Microsoft CRM) Track and follow-up on various action items to ensure
schedules and due dates are met using Monday.com and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software based on OpenText. Coordinate calendars to manage priorities and avoid conflicts using MS Outlook Assist in the creation/implementation of processes to support the organization. Make travel arrangements and support expense report submission. Order office supplies
Education and Experience
Require High School diploma. Require 3 to 5 years of experience as a secretary/administrative assistant.
Skills and Attributes
Must be able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external customers. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of
Microsoft Office, in particular, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint
and other specialized programs used by EPRI including Adobe. Working proficiency with
Cvent, SAP, Monday.com, SurveyMonkey.com, iThenticate , and other specialized business applications is a plus. Internet-savvy to navigate internet in searching for timely and relevant information as necessary.
