TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4+ years of experience working with OpenText Exstream CCM (Design Manager, Empower Editor, StoryTeller, etc.). Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Edition (CE) and containerized/cloud-native deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of customer communications in P&C insurance, including policies, declarations, endorsements, etc. Experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript), XML, and APIs (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with PDF generation, print/mail integration, and omnichannel delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience integrating Exstream with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco). Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., NAIC, state DOI requirements). Exposure to OpenText Intelligent Capture, OpenText xPression, or Documentum is a plus. Certification in OpenText Exstream or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
