The CLO Relationship Manager will be responsible for administering a complex book of existing accounts, onboarding of new accounts functions while ensuring compliance with all Bank and Corporate Trust policies and procedures. The Relationship Manager is expected to be a subject matter expert for a variety of processes, products and services. Some of the responsibilities include closing new transactions, managing complex accounts, client interface, and overseeing debt service payments, reporting, waterfalls and compliance collection. The incumbent will work closely with other Relationship Manager's, analysts, administrators, support areas, and external clients. Job Responsibilities: Work with CLO analysts and CLO operations to ensure the collection of payments, investor waterfall distributions, hypothetical trade testing, monthly and quarterly reconciliations, and various reporting requirements. Daily administration of a book of complex accounts. Follow all Bank and Department policies and procedures. Timely responses to internal and external inquiries. Maintain client relationships. Onboarding of new transactions. Working knowledge of accounts and governing documents. Liaise with operations, compliance, managers, investors, underwriters, auditors, CLO managers, management and vendors. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree preferably in finance or accounting. Minimum of 5 + years of corporate trust or financial services experience preferably at CLO Manager, CLO Trustee or Loan Agent. Experience reviewing, commenting on and interpreting complex legal documents. Experience with Solvas/CDO Suite and SEI. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. General knowledge of regulatory rules that apply to communication with customers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize workflow and high attention to detail. Ability to work independently, as a part of a team and to exercise sound judgment. Ability to write reports, memorandums, business correspondence and draft procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, investors, underwriters, auditors, CLO managers, and others clearly and concisely.
