Senior System Integration Engineer
Halo Industries, Inc., a pioneer in manufacturing innovation with light-based technologies, seeks a highly skilled Senior System Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our proprietary advancements replace traditional processes with novel light-based equivalents, offering higher quality, lower cost, and enhanced functionality. As we rapidly expand our operations, we're looking for a team to oversee our prototype systems' integration and verification activities. The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior System Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the successful integration, testing, and deployment of our cutting-edge laser-based wafer manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of complex electro-mechanical systems, software integration, and data analysis, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Integrate and test complex laser-based systems, including optical, mechanical, electrical, and software components. Perform detailed system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis of integration issues. Help develop and implement automation tools for system test and data acquisition. Collect and analyze system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Configure and optimize system parameters for reliable operation. Develop detailed assembly procedures for complex optomechanical subsystems, and validation test plans for subsystem validation. Present findings and recommendations to engineering and management teams. Develop and maintain system documentation, including assembly procedures, test procedures, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including optical engineers, mechanical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing personnel. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on system design and integration.
