Superintendent – DSA Projects
Location :
Inland Empire (Riverside, Moreno Valley, and surrounding areas) Compensation :
$140,000 to $200,000 Benefits :

Well-established General Contractor with over $250M in annual revenue About the Role : We’re seeking a seasoned Superintendent with strong DSA (Division of the State Architect) project experience to lead field operations across school and public works projects located exclusively in the Inland Empire. This is a high-impact role for a Superintendent who wants to stay local and avoid long commutes into Orange County or Los Angeles. What You’ll Do : Oversee day-to-day field operations for DSA-regulated construction projects Ensure compliance with all DSA protocols and reporting requirements Coordinate and manage subcontractors, inspectors, and field personnel Maintain site safety, quality, and schedule performance Collaborate with project managers and clients throughout the construction process Lead weekly site meetings, manage look-ahead schedules, and resolve jobsite issues proactively What We’re Looking For : 3+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Strong background managing DSA school or public works projects Local to or highly familiar with the Inland Empire region Proven leadership, scheduling, and communication skills Ability to maintain high safety and quality standards on fast-paced job sites Why Join Us : All projects are within Riverside, Moreno Valley, and nearby cities — no LA or OC traffic Competitive base salary of $140,000 to $200,000 100% employer-paid benefits for you and your family Stable GC with a strong backlog and repeat client base Collaborative team and long-term career growth opportunities
