Ctb Technical Consultant Mtm
CTG is seeking to fill a CCB Technical Consultant MTM position for our client in Dallas, TX. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 11 months Pay: Up to $70/hr W2 only No C2C Duties: Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions within Oracle Utilities applications, primarily MTM (Meter Data Management) and C2M (Customer to Meter). Analyze and support Market Transaction flows, billing, payments, customer service, and metering processes (Meter to Cash). Create and maintain solution documentation, including functional design documents for developers. Work with OUAF components including Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, Algorithms, and Business Services. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical solutions. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for Oracle Utilities MTM and C2M applications. Skills: Proficiency in Java and Groovy programming languages. Strong expertise in Oracle Utilities MTM application (mandatory). Solid understanding of Market Transaction flows, billing, payments, customer service, and metering processes. Experience with OUAF framework and related objects/services. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience: 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Utilities applications, primarily MTM and C2M. Demonstrated success in solution design, configuration, and implementation within Oracle Utilities environments. Proven track record in developing functional and technical documentation. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
